RTV Slovenia (Radio Televizija Slovenija)
RTV Slovenia (Radio Televizija Slovenija) is Slovenia’s public service radio and television broadcaster with its headquarters in Ljubljana. RTV Slovenia operates two national television channels and three radio stations. The programming mandate is the promotion of democratic, social and cultural development. Regular attention is paid to the national minorities of Italians, Hungarians and Roma in Slovenia as well as to the Slovenian minorities in the neighbouring countries. The regional centres of Koper and Maribor are given special consideration in the radio and television programmes of RTV Slovenia. RTV Slovenia has an Executive Director-General, a Programme Advisory Board as well as a Control Body elected by the National Assembly.
