Bavaria Film GmbH is a globally-operating production and services group in the audiovisual sector with around 30 subsidiary and associated companies. Its most important area of business of the Bavaria Film Group is film and television production with all services associated with the moving picture. The Bavaria Studio City with its studio operations in the South of Munich has been the headquarters of Bavaria Film since 1919. Today, it is the centre of an international network of subsidiary companies and cooperation partners. With its rich tradition, Bavaria Film is one of the largest media companies in Europe.
