The growing violence on refugees in Germany is increasingly targeted against children. Counselling centres for victims of right-wing, racist and anti-Semitic violence register more attacks on refugee children in 2016 than in the previous year. Only cases of physical injury, attempted physical injury and massive threats for political and racist motifs, are recorded. The cause for the increased violent crime is the general right-shift in the country: The violent criminals feel that they are acting in the interest of the wide majority.
